30 years have elapsed since the VERTICAL LATHE WITH E WORKPIECE DIAMETER OF 16 METERS, WORKPIECE HEIGHT OF 5 M AND WORKPIECE WEIGHT ON THE TABLE – 400 TONS has been manufactured and commissioned . This machine has been permanently working since then, in 2-3 shifts, at the actual GENERAL TURBO, the former IMGB. In the newspapers of that period can be found details about this machine, given by the Chairman of the Workpeople’s Council of that time - the FOREMAN DRAGU IOAN)*

The state-of-the-art MACHINE-TOOLS that we offer are provided with the newest electronic, electric(electric motors), hydraulic, CNC equipment. However, the wear and the obsolescence will affect them.
